Golnaz Fakour Bayat Shirazi, MD

I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran, and moved to the United States at 18. I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology from California State University, Northridge, and my Medical Degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to audiobooks, and staying active through hiking and other outdoor activities. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I combine my love for fitness with my medical training to support overall wellness.
My goal is to empower patients to take charge of their health through prevention, wellness, and sustainable lifestyle choices.
