Mohammed Bhaiyat, MD

I’m a Toronto-born, India-trained International Medical Graduate. My nearly decade-long journey through U.S., Canadian, and U.K. licensing exams, clinical rotations, research, and volunteering was fueled by unwavering support from Mummi and Papa and my drive to succeed — transporting passengers, parcels, and more food than you can imagine. The wheels on the bus go round and round — all the way to residency. Drive it like you stole it (😅 please don’t)!

Elhamdoulellaah, I matched into my #1 choice, and I am now living the dream at Baptist DeSoto Family Medicine Residency Program. I’m grateful to learn from and contribute alongside the exceptional faculty, wonderful staff, and amazing colleagues who make this entire experience so incredibly rewarding.
