Vicenda Augustin, MD

I was born and raised in a Haitian household in Montreal, QC, Canada. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at McGill University, where I developed a solid foundation in patient care. Seeking to expand my knowledge, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Burman University, and subsequently graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine where I earned my medical degree. I hope to help bridge the gaps in healthcare by providing comprehensive care, education, and support to underserved populations. I feel honored and blessed to join the Baptist Memorial Hospital DeSoto Family Medicine Residency program to further my training as a physician and to be of service to this community. Aside from medicine, I enjoy good food, watching sports, playing board games, and spending quality time with my family.
